Aston Martin’s Bahrain Grand Prix performance puts it well ahead of its schedule and expectations for its growing Formula 1 project.
It’s also embarrassing for both Ferrari and Mercedes that a team that was only seventh in the 2022 F1 standings has leapfrogged them as Red Bull’s main rival, especially given Aston Martin uses plenty of Mercedes technology.
