Formula 1 world championship leader Oscar Piastri took a commanding pole position for the Belgian Grand Prix sprint race at Spa-Francorchamps.
Max Verstappen's Red Bull beat the second McLaren of Lando Norris to second in a session in which both Mercedes and Lewis Hamilton's Ferrari all fell in the first two segments.
Franco Colapinto will start from the pitlane having qualified 19th. Alpine elected to change his rear wing assembly.
