1.3 By entering the Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions ("Terms").
2. The Prize
2.1 The prize is two (2) Grounds Pass tickets to the 2026 Formula 1 United States Grand Prix at Circuit of the Americas ("COTA"), valid for Friday 23rd, Saturday 24th, and Sunday 25th October 2026, awarded to a single winner (the "Prize").
2.2 The Prize consists of tickets only. It does not include travel, transfers, accommodation, food, drink, spending money, event upgrades, paddock or hospitality access, parking, or any other costs associated with attending the event. All such costs are the sole responsibility of the winner.
2.3 Tickets will be collected via Will Call at the COTA Box Office. The winner must provide their full legal name, email address, and phone number to be registered for Will Call collection, and must bring valid government-issued photo ID matching the name on the Will Call record to collect the tickets.
2.3a Will Call registration details must be confirmed with the Promoter no later than 16th October 2026. Details submitted after this date may not be processed in time for collection.
2.3b If the winner is unable to personally attend Will Call, they may nominate one named guest to collect the tickets on their behalf, provided the winner supplies that guest's full legal name to the Promoter in advance as part of Will Call registration. The nominated guest must bring valid government-issued photo ID matching the name provided at registration in order to collect the tickets.
2.4 Tickets are subject to Circuit of the Americas' own ticketing terms and conditions, available at: https://circuitoftheamericas.com/ticket-policy/. Entrants and the winner are responsible for reviewing and complying with these separately.
2.5 The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other prize, in whole or in part, except at the Promoter's discretion (for example, if the event is cancelled or postponed — see clause 8).
2.6 There is one Prize available (comprising two tickets). No cash or other alternative will be offered. Approximate retail value of the Prize: $450 USD.
2.7 The winner is solely responsible for any and all federal, state, and local taxes, and any other costs and expenses, associated with acceptance and use of the Prize not specifically stated herein. Depending on the Prize's approximate retail value, the Promoter may be required to issue tax reporting documentation (e.g. IRS Form 1099) to the winner; the winner will be required to provide any information reasonably requested by the Promoter for this purpose as a condition of receiving the Prize.
2.8 If the winner (or their nominated guest) fails to collect the tickets via Will Call by the close of the Box Office on the final applicable day of the race weekend, the tickets will be treated as forfeited and unclaimed. The Promoter is under no obligation to offer a replacement, refund, or compensation of any kind in this circumstance.

4.5 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted, or not received for any reason, including due to technical faults, network issues, or human error.
4.6 The Promoter reserves the right to void any entry, and to disqualify any entrant, that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, automated (including bot-generated), submitted via VPN or proxy masking to circumvent geographic eligibility, or otherwise made in bad faith or in an attempt to gain an unfair advantage in the Promotion.
5. Winner Selection
5.1 After the close of the Promotion Period, one provisional winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
5.2 In addition, four (4) reserve entrants will be selected at random at the same time, in order, in case the winner (or any subsequent reserve) does not respond in time or declines the Prize.
5.3 The draw will take place after the close of the Promotion Period, with winner contact beginning on or after 1 October 2026, and no later than 23:59:59 Eastern Standard Time 8 October 2026.
5.4 The Promoter's decision on all matters relating to the Promotion, including winner selection, is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
6. Winner Notification
6.1 The provisional winner will be contacted by email, using the email address supplied at entry, from 1st October 2026 onwards.

If the photo ID is not provided, is illegible or incomplete, or indicates the provisional winner is not a legal resident of the United States, they will be disqualified and treated as though they had declined the Prize under clause 6.4.
6.4 If the selected provisional winner does not respond within 24 hours, does not provide the required Will Call details, or declines the Prize, the Promoter will contact the first reserve entrant, who will then have 24 hours to respond. This process will continue down the list of reserve entrants until the Prize is accepted or all reserves have been exhausted.
6.5 If all selected winner and reserve entrants fail to respond or decline, the Promoter reserves the right not to award the Prize.
6.6 It is the entrant's responsibility to ensure the email address and phone number provided are correct, monitored, and able to receive communications from the Promoter. 7. Publicity
7.1 By entering the Promotion, and without further compensation, notice, or consent, the winner grants the Promoter and its affiliates the right to use their name, city/state of residence, and, if voluntarily provided by the winner, their photograph and/or likeness, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, throughout the world, in perpetuity, for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes relating to the Promotion, The Race, and Rafa Media, including on The Race's website, social media channels, podcast, and other marketing materials.
7.2 No further compensation will be provided for this use.
8. Event Changes, Cancellation, and Force Majeure
8.1 The Promoter is not responsible for, and accepts no liability in relation to, the running, staging, cancellation, or postponement of the 2026 United States Grand Prix, or any changes made by COTA, Formula 1, or any other third party to the event, ticketing, Will Call procedures, or venue access.
8.2 If the event is cancelled, postponed, or materially altered for reasons beyond the Promoter's control, the Promoter's only obligation is to make reasonable efforts to arrange a reasonable alternative or equivalent, where possible; no cash alternative or compensation will be provided.
8.3 The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Promotion at any stage if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this unavoidable.
9. Marketing Communications and Data Sharing
9.1 By entering their email and pressing ‘Subscribe’, entrants agree to receive The Race F1 newsletter by email.
9.2 Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time, independently of the Promotion, using the unsubscribe link included in any marketing email. Unsubscribing does not affect an entrant's eligibility to remain in the prize draw once entered, but entrants must have been subscribed at the time of entry to be eligible.
9.3 Entrants' personal data will be processed in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy, available at https://www.the-race.com/privacy-policy/.
9.4 By submitting the giveaway entry form, entrants automatically consent to the Promoter sharing their first and last name and email address with Circuit of the Americas ("COTA") for purposes connected to the Promotion, including verifying eligibility and coordinating Prize fulfillment. This consent is given at the point of entry. Entrants who do not wish for their name and email address to be shared with COTA on this basis should not enter the Promotion. Circuit of the Americas ("COTA") Privacy Policy is available at https://circuitoftheamericas.com/privacy-policy/.
10. Limitation of Liability
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter accepts no liability for any loss, damage, or injury arising from a winner's acceptance or use of the Prize, or attendance at the event, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
10.2 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits the Promoter's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
11. General
11.1 The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant it reasonably believes has breached these Terms, tampered with the entry process, or acted fraudulently or in bad faith.
11.2 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between entrants and the Promoter in relation to the Promotion.
11.3 These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Promotion, are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
11.4 Dispute Resolution — Binding Arbitration and Class Action Waiver. Any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to this Promotion or these Terms shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration administered under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in [INSERT COUNTY, TEXAS], rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court where it qualifies. ENTRANTS AND THE PROMOTER EACH WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION, CLASS ARBITRATION, OR OTHER REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. Claims must be brought in an individual capacity only.
11.5 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be severed, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
11.6 Accessibility. Entrants who require an alternative way to enter the Promotion, or who need these Terms provided in an alternative format, should contact info@the-race.com.
