Formula E has revealed the three different circuit configurations it will use for the trio of double-headers at Berlin Tempelhof that will conclude its interrupted 2019/20 season.

As [predicted by The Race](https://www.the-race.com/formula-e/reversed-track-among-options-for-formula-es-berlin-races/), the first of these will use a reverse version of the usual Tempelhof circuit.

What will Berlin be like in reverse, and how will it differ for teams?

We enlisted former Formula E racer Maro Engel – a top-10 finisher at the track with Venturi in both 2017 and ’18 – to talk us through a lap of the reverse layout, with top simracer Jan von der Heyde driving the lap itself.

The reverse circuit will be used for the initial mid-week evening races on August 5/6, before the usual version of Tempelhof hosts the weekend double-header on August 8/9.

For the August 12/13 season finale, a further revision will be deployed, with alterations to the middle of the circuit to create a more twisty version.
