Reigning Formula E champion Antonio Felix da Costa joins Sam Smith and Andrew van de Burgt to discuss his recent success and how he aims to defend his title in 2021.

Da Costa took his first-ever international title last summer and since then had been [linked with a possible free practice F1 drive](https://www.the-race.com/formula-1/da-costa-explains-surprise-bid-for-portimao-f1-practice-run/) at his home Grand Prix at Algarve and also with a possible future IndyCar seat after a test with Rahal Letterman Lanigan.

He discusses both in this wide-ranging interview, which also touches on his relationship with team-mate and fellow Formula E champion Jean-Eric Vergne.
