How different would Daniel Ricciardo's Formula 1 career have been had he not left Red Bull at the end of 2018, or joined Ferrari instead of McLaren when Sebastian Vettel moved to Aston Martin in 2021?

That's just one of the many topics addressed in our latest 'you ask the questions' video, featuring Edd Straw, Scott Mitchell-Malm and host Ben Anderson.

We asked members of The Race's YouTube Community to submit their F1 questions to our panel while F1 is on its long autumn hiatus.

The merit in Red Bull's decision to abruptly end Ricciardo's F1 career after the Singapore Grand Prix was an inevitable talking point, as was the possibility of Ricciardo somehow making another F1 comeback.

The long-running senior management infighting at Red Bull between Christian Horner and Helmut Marko, and how that has negatively affected Red Bull recently, is also tackled.

The impact Adrian Newey can have on Aston Martin when it becomes the Honda works team in 2026 - and whether that project might also tempt Max Verstappen to join Newey in quitting Red Bull - is another major talking point.

We also address the future of Red Bull's other drivers - Liam Lawson, Sergio Perez and the continually overlooked Yuki Tsunoda - before our panel tackles the emerging intra-team fight between Lando Norris and Oscar Piastri, and makes some early 2025 predictions.
