The bitter dispute over the Formula 1 cost cap that’s emerged between Red Bull on one side and Mercedes and Ferrari on the other could have massive consequences.

Red Bull is furious that it has been openly talked about as one of two teams that might have breached the 2021 cost cap before the FIA has announced its findings and has threatened to take action against Mercedes and Ferrari for comments made over the Singapore Grand Prix weekend.
