Robert Kubica thought he had a shot at the 2008 Formula 1 title after taking his maiden win at the Canadian Grand Prix.

But he has since claimed that BMW had other ideas, instead focusing on development for 2009, when it hoped to take the next step in its climb up the F1 ladder.   
  
In this clip from the Monza 2008 episode of Bring Back V10s, we look at the heated meetings that took place between Kubica and team boss Mario Theissen that weekend, and how BMW's position on its approach to 2008 differed to Kubica's.
