By recruiting Andreas Seidl from McLaren, Audi already appears to have had its first major win in Formula 1 three years before it even joins the grid.

But teams chasing F1 success have increasingly relied on a talismanic driver to get behind – so Audi needs to identify its target now. Fortunately, it just so happens that Seidl has worked with one such driver who he rates highly: Lando Norris.
