Alain Prost’s time as a Formula 1 team boss ended up being one of the unhappiest and least successful periods of his amazing motorsport career.

But it very briefly looked like it would be a glorious success, with a first victory presenting itself as a genuine possibility in what was only the third race at the helm for four-time F1 champion Prost.
